"Julia is just fantastic. We could not have asked for a better agent to help us find our new home, She is kind, thoughtful, and really knows her market. One of her best traits is her responsiveness. She got back to us quickly with every question and concern."

"In one word, Amazing. Brooke turned a normally painful process into a smooth and seamless adventure. Her connection with the NE Florida area provided knowledge of local and County building regulations, local contractors and other professionals needed during the process. As we look at everything from acres of un-developed property to Townhomes her level of patients during our journey was amazing. Brooke did not attempt to pressure us into higher cost property to her benefit but what best fit us. We ended up the perfect property for us and we were fortunate to have had Brooke on our team."

"We honestly could not have asked for a better realtor to help us find and purchase our home. Julia Levy was so much more than a realtor-she became family! Buying a home is such a huge and emotional decision, and there were definitely moments when we felt overwhelmed but Julia was always there with patience, reassurance, honest advice, and genuine care. She never pressured us or tried to push us into something that wasn’t right for us. Instead, she listened to what we wanted, understood what was important to us, and worked endlessly to help us find the right home. Her honesty and integrity meant everything to us. We always knew that she had our best interests at heart, and that kind of trust is priceless when you’re making such a life-changing decision. We recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home wholeheartedly! Ease of reaching staff"

"Marcy was extremely detailed and proactive in a very slow market. She answered questions quickly and efficiently. She had more viewings on our property in 6 months than some fo the properties that have been on the market for over 1000 days in the same community. Fantastic agent and I know she will do right for us the next time. "

"Marcy helped us purchase the lot when she was with another company, so when there were some life changes that required us to sell the lot, she was the first and only person we considered. She was knowledgeable about current state of the real estate market and steered us in the right direction when it came to listing the lot and the pricing she thought would help us sell. I would not hesitate to reach out to Marcy if I were going to be purchasing any property in the future."

"Marcy has been incredible. I wanted to purchase a lot in St. Marys, Ga. She managed to find a lot that was far better than the one I initially wanted and helped me get it for a better price. I later resold the lot and made a large profit on it. She is very good at knowing the price that a lot or house should go for and coming in at a reasonable offer. She has since then helped me purchase 3 other lots. She is extremely responsive and walks you through the entire process. She takes her time to make sure you are aware and comfortable with everything going on. I will always use her for my transactions going forward."

"From the first time I met Julia Levy, I knew she was the best person and real estate agent to meet our needs! Julia is kind, genuine and honest. She worked with us through every detail of the purchasing process in a manner that was professional, courteous, understanding and patient. Julia spent hours working with us purchasing our home even when there were changes in our plans at the last moment. She went over and above our expectations in finding us the "right home" and ensuring we closed in a timely manner. She contacted us immediately whenever we had any questions or concerns and we had plenty! She extended herself to ensure we were extremely happy in our purchase. She takes pride in her work and truly makes her clients her top priority! We couldn't have asked for a betterperson or agent! Thank you so much, Julia!"

"My husband and I were traveling to GA from out of state on a tight schedule to look at potential properties. Marcy spend several hours with us showing us options. She made the process easy and fun. Marcy is hands down one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, communicative, and kind Realtors I have ever worked with. We appreciated all her help, and without a doubt would use her again!"

"Marcy worked tirelessly for many months to help us find our new home. She showed real estate insight and expertise in our area (Florida and Georgia) and the home buying/selling process. For example, she walked us through the settlement contract and was very knowledgeable on Florida real estate purchases. She is professional, always friendly, and responsive to finding very timely answers to our questions. When I texted her regarding a specific property, she was immediately working with the listing agent to confirm a day and time to view. She was able to lead us through a showing usually on the same or following day. We highly recommend her as your next realtor."

She was always two steps ahead of me which is no easy task and she would answer my questions before I would even ask them. If you have the opportunity to work with Marcy I would highly recommend it. I have now purchased several properties with her as my realtor and each experience was better than the last."

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Julia with the Florida-Georgia Connection Team at Iron Valley Real Estate! She was part of an incredible tag-team partnership that helped us throughout our entire real estate journey, and somewhere along the way, became a friend. Julia helped us sell our previous home, our dream house, just unfortunately not on our dream lot, using some very creative and unique strategies, including reverse tactics to market to a military family purchasing sight-unseen. She truly thought outside the box and worked hard to make the process successful. At the same time, Julia helped us navigate negotiations with the builder on our new home, advocating for incentives and getting items included that helped make our dream house on our dream lot (our forever lot!) even better. Throughout both transactions, Julia was communicative, timely with updates, knowledgeable, and simply wonderful to work with. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. "

"I had a phenomenal experience with Mrs. Julia Levy. On the first day I had spoke with her, she had been very helpful and she is professional and knowledgeable on what she is doing. All I can say is she doesn't treat her client as her client. On my experience she treat me and my family as a family. She help us out all the way on what kind of house we need."
